Professional Services

We offer a range of professional services alongside our counselling and psychotherapy work, supporting both individuals and organisations through supervision, consultancy, and group-based approaches.

Clinical Supervision & Consultancy

We provide clinical supervision to support therapists and practitioners in their work.

Our supervision offers a space for reflection, discussion of client work, and maintaining good professional practice. This service is available to individuals and groups.

David Hamilton:

In addition to my therapy practice, I am a qualified clinical supervisor and consultant to individuals and groups.  With over 10 years’ experience in providing supervision to trainee and qualified therapists, I offer integrative supervision that is based on enquiry, reflection and curiosity, fostering growth for you and your therapeutic relationship with your clients. I have and do work with a number of national charities and organisations including the NHS, RNIB and PFOA.

Andras Gyorok

I offer integrative, relational supervision to individual therapists, small groups, and organisations. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and existential thinking, with a focus on the therapeutic and supervisory relationship. Supervision with me is a collaborative space where you can bring uncertainty, complexity, and challenge without fear of being judged or managed. I work with both trainees and experienced practitioners, adapting to different levels of need, training backgrounds, and ways of working. This might include thinking through difficult client dynamics, managing risk, navigating endings, or revisiting core questions about your practice.

For organisations, I offer external supervision and reflective practice both individually and in groups to support staff in emotionally demanding roles. These sessions provide a consistent space for processing the psychological demands of frontline work, exploring team dynamics, and maintaining professional boundaries.

School Consultancy

We provide consultancy to schools and educational settings.

Our work supports staff and services in addressing emotional and behavioural needs within a school environment.

Ammar Al-Ghabban

I work with schools, organisations, community and activist groups. I draw upon both my own personal experiences working in these contexts combined with the training and expertise I have acquired as a psychotherapist. The support I offer (either on an individual of group basis) includes mental health consultation, reflective practice space, facilitation and mediation.

Dr. Nicholas Frealand

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer a range of specialized services designed to support individuals, families, professionals, and organizations. These services include Parent–Infant Work for families with children ages 0–3, Therapeutic Parent Work for parents and caregivers, Clinical Supervision for therapists and practitioners, and Group Facilitation for children, adolescents, and adults. I also provide training workshop facilitation for trainees, therapists, and trainers, reflective practice group work for organizations, employers, and teams, and community-supporting workshops for local communities and organizations. Additionally, I offer therapeutic supervision and consultation services for organizations, childcare providers, educational settings, and safeguarding professionals to help foster healthy, supportive, and effective environments.

Group Work

We offer group-based work as part of our services.

Group work provides a shared space for discussion and support and may be delivered to individuals or within organisational settings.
