Ammar Al Ghabban

As you can tell from my name, I am of mixed heritage. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher for twenty years. Then I visited over 45 schools nationwide as a mental health consultant. As an integrative therapist, I am trained in various therapeutic models and I adapt my approach to the person that I am working with. I am aware that different things work for different people. I offer a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space. I have a MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, a practitioner member of the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network and a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.

Anna Kawiec

I’m Anna, an Integrative Counsellor and CBT Therapist (BACP Accredited), currently completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and training in EMDR. With over 10 years of experience across private practice, charities, and the NHS, I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space to explore your difficulties, find coping strategies, and create a meaningful change. I have a particular interest in attachment, relationships, stress, burnout, and addictions.

Andras Gyorok

I am a psychotherapist, supervisor, and lecturer offering psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and consultancy/training to individuals and organisations, both in person and online. My work is grounded in the view that meaningful change emerges through deeper understanding rather than symptom management, by attending to the patterns, histories, and relationships that shape how we live and make sense of our experience. Working integratively with a psychodynamic and existential orientation, I approach therapy and supervision as collaborative, relational processes, taking time to understand what each person or context requires. I offer all services in both English and Hungarian.
